Let’s get Started:

Card Base: 5.5 x 8.5, scored and folded at 4.25

Card Face: 5.5 x 4.25

Card Face:

• The card face was laid on the grip mat and then the stencil was positioned appropriately. (The grip mat prevents both from slipping during ink application.)

• I used mint tape to mask off the top and bottom of the stencil, and used a shading brush to apply red, orange blue and yellow inks to the stripes on the woman’s hips.

• I masked off the newly inked stripes and applied purple ink to the rest of the stencil.

• I positioned a die along the right hand edge of the card face and ran it through the Big Shot to create the border.

Assembly

• I glued the card face to the card base.

• I glued the three words in place as shown.

• I positioned 3 tiny gold pearls on the die cut border to finish the card.

Final Thoughts:

I love the elegance of this stencil, and the tone-on-tone border compliments it well.
