I love to create my own backgrounds for cards, using stamps, stencils, paints... whatever I can get my hands on. This does not however prevent me from buying beautiful patterned paper .... and saving it .... because I'd rather create my own. (!)

but - I am fortunate to offer classes each month at local retirement homes, and this provides an outlet to use some of that pretty paper.

The most perfect cards are not made with $$$, but with love, and come from the heart. Having said this, I love exploring new techniques and buying the necessary equipment. Sadly, my budget doesn't always agree with my wish list. Sigh...
